This is an evaluation of our story board.
Our story board is extremely simple which is a bit of a problem. We designed it more to get ideas down into an order which isn't very specific. We didn't say how long the shots were going to be and we did't have a clear plan for our second scene. This was a problem when it came to our filming as it meant our film ended up being 30 seconds too short which was why we added an extra scene on the end. Below is the walk through of our story board. From the video you can see the lack of precision we had when planning our shots. We made other plans when doing individual shots.
The good things about my blog is that the pictures correlate well with the actual setting of our film opening, like in the changing room. Some of the blocks also gave us information out what should happen in the shot and some specific details which we though were important to the scene, for example the zooming into the face shot which we used to make a transition from the old Cohen to the young one.
Overall, our storyboard was good as it led us in the right direction and got our idea's flowing but it wasn't specific enough in the long run as it lacked timings.
